Similar to our speakers, our coaches are carefully selected, invited, then vetted before they join the team. All of the ALG coaches also have executive level experience, are seasoned coaches, and must maintain active credentialing through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We also provide Mentor Coaching, as required for ICF recertification.
